A family-run soul food kitchen in Spencer, Oklahoma, with a loyal neighborhood following and a story worth telling online.

Hi, I’m Yawanah Dove, founder of Kultivate Kulture. I started my career writing every line of code by hand: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and SQL. Now, partnering with AI, I build in minutes what used to take days, and I use that edge to open doors in tech for our community.
I took the long way to tech: veterinary care, Apple device repair, running operations, and teaching kids to code. Every detour taught me to listen to the person in front of me and explain hard things simply.
Kultivate Kulture is dedicated to cultivating the culture of tech in our communities, from the Continent of Africa to the Americas, without forgetting the roots that got us here.
